     I know this video has been posted numerous times already, but honestly, it still needs to be shared.

     Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you "The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore".

    This amazing short film was directed by William Joyce and Brandon Oldenburg, in 2011. It was produced by Moonbot Studios in Shreveport, Louisiana. After winning over a dozen film festivals, it received an Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film in the 84th Academy Awards in 2011.

     Despite the fact that none of the characters utter a sound, so much emotion is displayed and such a story is told with the help of music and subtle facial expressions.
 

     This is definitely one of my all time favorite short films.
